Event - Harvest Festival 2006

28 September 2006

On Thursday 28 September, we had our annual Harvest Festival at St Mary's Church in Barkby. The children bring in produce, which together with donations from the church's service on Sunday, are presented to local worthy causes.

Some children also received badges from our special guest, Lady Gretton, for various roles they perform within the school. Lady Gretton is the Lord-Lieutenant of the County and City of Leicester and represents Her Majesty The Queen.

It was quite an exciting morning for all involved. Here are a few pictures of our special service.
